Manager wanted at Beech Park

​Beech Park Golf Club is an 18-Hole Parkland Golf Course, situated in South County Dublin (outside Rathcoole village), just 10 minutes from the Red Cow Junction on the M50. The course has been consistently regarded as one of the best Parkland Courses in Dublin, even boasting its own “Amen Corner” combined with a multitude of mature trees.   

The club, with over 700 members, seeks to appoint a General Manager who has proven management experience.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the club’s business, including office administration, club finances, and food and beverage.  He or she will require the following attributes:

Knowledge of golf, appreciation of the traditions of a private members' club and a willingness to work flexible hours when required

Strong leadership, motivation, communication, and people management skills

Ability to successfully manage income, expenditure, cash flow and banking relationships

Ability to complete tasks/projects within agreed timescale

Knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Legislation

Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

Computer literacy

Marketing skills

The successful candidate will report directly to the Management Committee of the club and will also work closely with various sub-committees.
