Open to pairs and individual players, the Belfast Parkland Tournament is played over three days at three of the city's outstanding courses: 

Wednesday 20 May - Shandon Park Golf Club 
Thursday 21 May - Royal Belfast Golf Club 
Friday 22 May - Malone Golf Club

Terms & conditions of competition 
1. The promoter of this prize draw is Tourism Northern Ireland. 
2. The prize draw is open to all GUI & ILGU Members who are residents of ROI/ NI and are aged 18 years or over, except employees of Tourism Northern Ireland, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 
3. There is a limit of one entry to the prize draw per person. Persons who have completed all the fields of the form before midnight on 23 March 2020 will be entered into the prize draw. 
4. A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 24 March 2020 ("Draw Date").  
5. The following prizes will be drawn: 
·         2 nights’ accommodation with breakfast in a 4* Belfast City hotel for two people (twin or double occupancy) on 20 and 21 May 2020. 
·         Entry to the Belfast Parkland Tournament, playing: Shandon Park, Royal Belfast and Malone Golf Clubs between 20 – 22 May 2020. 
·         Internal Travel not included 
·         Any hires at the golf not included. 
6. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided on the entry form) on or within 7 days of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to Tourism Northern Ireland within 14 days of being notified by Tourism Northern Ireland, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Tourism Northern Ireland will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 
7. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
8. The decision of Tourism Northern Ireland regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
9. By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Tourism Northern Ireland reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
10. Tourism Northern Ireland reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.  Tourism Northern Ireland reserves the right to withdraw any prize if it has reason to believe that any winner has breached these terms and conditions. 
11. Tourism Northern Ireland makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality of the competition prizes and any conditions, warranties, or other terms implied by statute or common law are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.  
12. Tourism Northern Ireland will use the personal information that you provide to us when entering the prize draw to administer the competition including to contact you if you have won the prize draw and to provide the prizes. 
13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Tourism Northern Ireland (Tourism NI), will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability (of whatever nature and howsoever arising) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring directly, indirectly, or in connection with taking up the prize, or as a result of a third party prize provider not delivering the prize offered, except where it is caused by the negligence of Tourism NI, or that of their employees.
