Blackrock College Victorious over Scoil Mhuire Community School, Clane​

​Royal Curragh Golf Club played host to the Leinster Inter Schools League Semi-finals and Finals

Blackrock College won the Leinster Inter Schools League Match Play on Friday 7th April at Royal Curragh Golf Club beating Scoil Mhuire Community School, Clane by two holes.  This is Blackrock College's second Leinster schools title this year having won the Leinster Final of the Irish Schools Senior Championship in December.  We wish them every success as they represent Leinster in the National Final of the Irish Schools Senior Championship at Lucan Golf Club on Tuesday 25th April 2017.

The morning play teed off at 8:50am and Blackrock College secured their place in the final by narrowly defeating Donabate Community School by 1 hole, with Scoil Mhuire Clane beating Kilkenny College by six holes. Scoil Mhuire Clane have had a very promising year reaching the Leinster Quarter Finals of the Irish Schools Senior Championships, and the Leinster Finals of the Irish Schools Junior Championship.
