Walker added a level par third round score of 71 to his thirty-six-hole total of 139, to finish on three under, 210, to take the 2019 Leinster Boys title. Two shots back was Dundalk's Josh Mackin on 212. Mackin was in the lead until he fell foul of the difficult 18th hole and had to settle for the runner up position.
Jack Shellard (Lisburn) finished in third place with the best score of the day, 68.
Muskerry's Fionn Hickey was the winner of the U17 Tom Bishop Perpetual Trophy with a score of 215.
