Stephanie Meadow has failed to secure full status for 2018 at LPGA Tour Qualifying School. After an opening 78, the Jordanstown native rallied to shoot a second round 70 but followed up with two 73's for a six-over par total, two shots outside the 72 hole cut for the final day's play.
Having been ruled out of the later end of the 2017 season due to injury Stephanie Meadow was only just fit to compete at the Final Stage of LPGA Tour Qualifying School at the LPGA International Hills Course, Daytona Beach, Florida from November 29th to December 3rd.
Finishing tied for 27th and missing out on full LPGA Tour status by 3 shots in 2016, Meadow played with Conditional Status for the 2017 season. Since announcing her injury in early September, Stephanie underwent a rehabilitation programme and returned to playing golf at the beginning of November to prepare for her 4th LPGA Q School since turning professional in 2014.
