The Irish Ladies Golf Union is looking for a Championships and High Performance Administrator to join it's team. 

Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects related to the coordination, management and running of specific ILGU tournaments 
Responsible for teaching and supporting districts in the use of ILGU competition software
Responsible for maintenance of the Golfnet website (member queries, tournament uploads, website upgrades etc.)
Administration and maintenance of ILGU Order of Merit(s), Scratch Cup Circuit and World Amateur Golf Ranking submissions
Provide general administrative support including answering, fielding and where possible dealing with all queries in relation to the ILGU Performance Programmes, Championships and website support
Responsible for the logistics and organisation of team/squad travel for competition at both domestic and international events (entries to competitions, travel and accommodation etc.)
Maintain a database of players across all levels of the performance programmes and produce reports for HP & Selection Committees throughout the season
Provide administrative support to the High Performance Committee
Organise logistics of meetings, training seminars, workshops and other relevant events as required
To work as part of a team with other ILGU administrative staff providing mutual cover as required
Maintain strong working relationships and communication with Volunteers and Players
Liaise with other administrative staff in the Golfing Union of Ireland and the Confederation of Golf in Ireland

Required skills and Experience:
A professional qualification in Sports Management or similar discipline  
Experience of working as part of a team
Experience of working with a variety of partners
Good knowledge of golf is essential 
Excellent IT Skills, especially use of Microsoft Office applications
Passion to work in sport
