We had a great turn out yesterday for the Girls Schools Qualifying in Clontarf GC.  Thankfully the weather was an awful lot better than Monday and all the girls got around in sunshine and dry.

Our thanks to the members and committees of Clontarf for kindly hosting us yesterday.  The ILGU appreciates your support of Girls golf in Leinster.

Results:

Seniors 
SCT WinnersAlexandra College -  Ella Wojnar, Evelyn Park and Jodie Clarke -  51 gross pts
Runners-up: Mount Anville Senior 1 - Emma Thorne, Orla O'Donnell and Caroline McGrath - 40 gross pts.

Best Gross score: Emma Thorne - 32 gross pts.  (As Emma Thorne is already a prize winner, the gross prize goes to Lucia Masding.) 

Individual Gross Prize: Lucia Masding -  Institute of Education- 28 gross pts
Individual Net Prize : Ailis Madden (35) - St. Michaels Loreto Navan - 38 points

Juniors 
JCT Winners: St Michael's Loreto Navan - Caoimhe O'Grady, Chloe Maples-Gaffney and Niamh Carroll - 48 gross pts
Runners-up: Mount Anville Junior 1 - Emma Fleming, Kate Fleming and Rachel O'Meara - 46 gross pts

Best gross score:  Evelyn Park - 26 gross pts.  (As Evelyn Park - 26pts and Caoimhe O'Grady (25pts) are already prize winners-  the gross prize goes to Sophie Sharpe)   

Individual Gross Prize:  Sophie Sharpe - Rathdown School - 24 gross pts
Individual Net Prize: Iseult Costello (23) - Mount Sackville - 35 pts.

The following will represent East Leinster in the National Finals in Milltown GC next April.
