​​Maeve Cummings (Lurgan Golf Club) wins the Ulster Girls' Open Championship

Following on from some excellent golf on the first day, the semi-finals of the Fred Daly, McLeod Cupand Murland Cup were all keenly contested, with Molly O'Hara (Clandeboye) and Anna Foster's (Elm Park) match going to the 21st hole.

The best gross was returned by Rachel Thompson (Cork) with 72 with and the best nett by Anna McVicker with 73. 

In the Murland Cup Heidi McMillan managde to take the lead early in her match with Alicia Burke, maintaining her advantage until winning on the 15th green with a birdie putt giving her a 5/3 victory.

In the McLeod Cup Tess McMillan and Molly O'Hara's match was keenly contested with never single hole difference, until Molly won on the 15th to go one up. They halved the 16th and 17th and Tess got into trouble on the 18th and conceded the hole.

In the Fred Daly final Maeve Cummings and Georgia Carr fought a very tight match for the first nine holes until Maeve took the lead. She was dormie 4, then dormie 3, and finally won by 3/2. 

In the Clandeboye Goblet 21 girls played for the honour of winning. In the end Kerri Grant, Royal County Down Ladies won with a total of 41 points
