If your handicap is not controlled by a Golf Club in Ireland you must provide the GUI and / or the relevant Provincial Branch with a copy of your Handicap Certificate before the closing date of all the Championships you have entered.
If you are entering a Championship and your handicap is controlled by a club in Ireland, you must enter using your home club Golfnet number.
